Exchange Policy

At Sohhira Jewelz, we are committed to ensuring your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. In the event of a shipping error or damage, we offer a streamlined exchange process.


Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or broken.
  • The product received is the wrong item (different from what was ordered).

Required Proof (Unboxing Video)

To maintain our high standards and verify the issue, we require a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video as proof of the damage or error.

  • The video should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the package before it is opened.
  • The damage or the incorrect item must be visible in the footage.

Exchange Timeline

Once our team has received and verified your video proof:

  1. Verification: We will confirm the exchange via email within 2–3 business days.
  2. Delivery: We will process and deliver your replacement product within 7–10 business days.
  3. Stock Availability: If the original item is out of stock, we will issue a store voucher of the exact value, valid for use within the same calendar year.
