1. User Accounts & Security

Any activity or purchase made through your account is legally deemed as an action authorized by you. Sohhira Jewelz shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your password confidential.

2. Operational Rights
Sohhira Jewelz reserves the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at our discretion without prior notice. In the event of a service cancellation, all pending orders will either be completed as scheduled or refunded in full. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or entity at any time without providing a specific justification.

3. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is" without any guarantees beyond the initial quality check. Sohira Jewelz disclaims all liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the products purchased through our boutique. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any failure to meet our obligations due to "Force Majeure" events—circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or logistical strikes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content featured on this website—including designs, logos, text, and imagery—is the exclusive property of Sohhira Jewelz and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our material is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Courts.

5. Damaged Goods Protocol
While every piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before dispatch, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
• Notification Window: You must report any transit damage to support@sohhirajewelz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Evidence: A clear photograph of the damaged item must be attached to your email.
• Resolution: Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement of the same or a similar design, subject to stock availability. We cannot entertain damage claims reported after the 48-hour window.

6. Unclaimed & Missed Deliveries
Our shipping partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal at the destination:
• Re-shipping Fee: A fee of Rs. 250-350/- will be charged to re-dispatch the order.
• COD Orders: Any Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us will only be re-shipped after the full order value and the additional shipping fee are paid via online payment.
