Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken upon arrival, please notify us immediately. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether the claim has been approved based on the condition of the piece.

Voucher Issuance (No Cash Refunds)

Please note that our firm does not offer monetary refunds to original payment methods.

  • Approval: If your claim is approved following inspection, we will issue a store voucher equivalent to the exact value of the damaged item.
  • Credit: This voucher will be credited to your customer account and can be used for any future purchase on our store.
  • Validity: All issued vouchers are valid for use within the same calendar year only. Please ensure you redeem your credit before the year ends, as expired vouchers cannot be reissued.
  • Processing Time: Vouchers are typically issued within 5-7 business days after the inspection is complete.
